High Blood Pressure

One of the reasons for high blood pressure is Bending the neck downwards for a few minutes.    So, avoid reading books for a long time by bending the neck.  Keep the book at appropriate height.  Also, keep lap-top a little away and at appropriate height while working.  Never keep it on the lap.

To get relief from high blood pressure, do the following deep breathing exercise for about 30 minutes in the morning and evening:

While standing, take deep breath towards your fore-head so that the chest and stomach expands, hold it for about 5 or 10 seconds or as long as you can hold it, and then release it slowly.  Fast exhalation will cause head-ache.  Relax for about a minute and continue to do.

All Indians are equal but are all Hindus equal?

As per Hindu Dharma or Shastra (Manu-smruthi), a 100 year old kshatriya (warrior class) is inferior to a 10 year old brahmin (pujari class or Hindu priest class). Kshatriyas and kings, by birth, are inferior to brahmins.  Brahmins are superior to all Hindus by birth.

Why?

As per Rig Veda, an ancient literature in Sanskrit, a dead language, and as per Hindu Dharma (Manu-smruthi or Hindu shastra), a brahmin is born from the face of Brahma, the god of birth.  Kshatriayas are born from chest, a lower part.  Other Hindus, still lower…..  Strange wonder!  Among the mass-scale un-natural births, women are born to women!  Because of their natural birth, the women are treated like shudras or below the level of shudras.  (Shudras are in the lowest caste.)

Is it?   It is unbelievable.   Only a lunatic will tell like that.

Sssss…..,  Parasuram, a brahmin killed all kings who mocked at such lunatic views and other barbaric vedic rituals of brahmins.  (Ssss…., he is an incarnation of a brahminical god Vishnu!  Beware, the wrath of the barbaric god may befall on you!)   After that, only morally bankrupt kings (who even gamble their wife, like the Pandavas in Mahabharat, a Sanskrit story) were left out.  Such morally bankrupt kings can be fooled with flattery, liquor, women, privileges, and property.  Once the kings follow the immoral brahmins, the rest of the kshatriyas fall in line.  The rich and the powerful also play the role of kings for them.

So, till all the Hindus have an illusion that they are born from a god’s face or till each brahmin realises that he is born to his father and mother, 100% jobs of ‘pujari’ (Hindu priest) in temples are reserved for brahmins – whether the brahmins are cow’s urine drinking Kali-yug brahmins, or cow’s beef-eating vedic brahmins, or semi-Hindus (shudras converted to, and later reconverted from, Buddhism).  Till such time, brahminical merit by birth is recongnised and brahmins are superior to all Hindus by birth.

Do our people’s representatives, guardians of constitution, and the government for the people accept this view?

Did the Registrar of Birth and Death notice any un-natural birth in India?  Are temple ‘pujaries’ also born to a father and mother?

Ginger and Corona Virus, Asthma, etc.

There is a layer of mucus in the inner walls of the lungs through which oxygen enters our blood.  If the mucus layer becomes dry, oxygen cannot pass through it and one may face breathing problems.

When our lungs are infected, our lungs secrete more mucus and try to remove the virus along with the mucus by coughing.

Ginger and certain antibiotics dry the mucus in the lungs. Air cannot pass through the dry mucus layer.  That will cause breathing problems.

When affected by the common cold, if one takes ginger or certain antibiotics, then one may feel chest-pain. Taking more ginger may cause asthmatic symptoms – gasping for breath.

When affected by asthma, taking ginger or certain antibiotics may cause coma or death.

When affected by the corona virus (COVID-19), taking ginger or certain antibiotics may cause imminent breathing problem and death within a few days.  So, avoid concoctions made of ginger, pepper, etc. while having corona virus.

When the chest is congested, as in the case of corona virus, or asthma, or the common cold, etc., drink a spoonful of honey with a glass of water or a spoonful of ordinary cough syrup with water.  That will make the mucus watery and help to expectorate the virus-rich mucus.

                                    Constipation

Over-eating may cause constipation.  Sitting for a long time may cause constipation.  A strained body may also cause constipation.  In case of constipation, do the following deep breathing exercise for about 30 minutes in the morning and evening:

Standing up, take deep breath towards the forehead so that the chest and stomach expands, keep it in the lungs for about 10 seconds or as long as one can hold the breath so that the blood flows throughout the body speedily, and then exhale very slowly.  Breathe normally for about one minute before doing the deep breathing exercise again.

When the chest and stomach expands, the diaphragm separating the lungs and stomach is pressed down helping the smooth movement of stool.  Fast exhalation while doing the breathing exercise will cause head-ache.

Ensure that you urinate and pass (or try to pass) the stool before doing the deep breathing exercise in the morning.

5.  Just a GLIMPSE of …..

Caste….?  What is it …..?

As per Hindu Dharma or shatra (Manu-smruthi), brahmins should live by begging only – they should not do any work.  Brahmins get alms in ‘Akshaya Patra’ (Akshaya Patra is a perpetual begging bowl in the form of a temple and associated gods).  Brahmins always beg from the rich and the powerful in the name of gods and temples.

There was a Kali-yug brahmin with a tail in his name – caste-name at the end.   (Kali-yug brahmins drink a mixture containing cow’s urine (pancha-kavya), but vedic brahmins drank liquor (soma-ras, sura) and ate cow’s meat (beef).)  That brahmin called the Chief Minister of a state in India a tea-seller to humiliate him and his profession.   The brahmin forgot that a tea-seller is living a far more honourable life than a born-beggar or hereditary brahmin who lives by begging in the name of gods.  A powerful personality had to intervene to restrain the cow’s urine drinking kali-yug brahmin.  Another primitive brahmin used a caste-name to humiliate his opponent.

A brahmin-boy fainted.  All brahmins claimed that the boy had died, and told Ram, the hero of Ramayana that a grave sin was committed in his kingdom. Ram and his coterie of brahmins found out that Shambuk, a shudra or low caste man was praying to god – doing penance.  What a grave sin in Ram’s kingdom!   Ram killed Shambuk because a low-caste man cannot pray to god in Ram’s kingdom!  (On some pretext, the rich and the powerful like Rams are approached to get all illegal work done legally.)   Ram is promoted from a king to a brahminical god by kali-yug brahmins.

In Bhagavad Gita, a god-incarnate (Krishna) declared that he created four caste-divisions based on birth.  One should work according to the caste-based profession, and never expect the reward of promotion to next higher caste in this birth.  In particular, none should dream of becoming a brahmin in this birth, whatever good work one does.  In other words, just like kali-yug brahmins,  Hindus cannot drink a mixture containing cow’s urine and claim to be brahmins.

India got freedom from British rule.  Can Hindus get freedom from brahminical Apartheid before they die?   As a beginning, can Hindus be appointed as ‘pujaris’ (Hindu priests) in temples?

Will the people’s representatives, the guardians of the constitution, and the government for the people shape a new India?

There was a time when Hindus cannot walk on the streets of brahmins!  There was a time when Hindus cannot enter Hindu temples!  Even now, Hindus cannot become ‘pujaries’ (Hindu priests) in Hindu temples!  But, why?  Everything is perpetuated in the name of primitive vedas, criminal dharma or shastra (Manu-smruthi), and many primitive Sanskrit stories.

Will Hindus attain self-respect in this birth itself by throwing away the primitive vedas, criminal dharma (Manu-smruthi), and other superstitious Sanskrit literature which divide the society and humiliate Hindus in the name of gods?

Remember, primitive vedas, criminal dharma (Manu-smruthi), and other superstitious Sanskrit literature are just tools for begging for Manu-smruthi’s beggars (brahmins) in the name of god.

Gas-trouble

Normally, over-eating causes constipation and gas-trouble.   Gas-trouble is caused by the following reasons also:

  1. Nasal blockage.
  2. Throat infection.
  3. Working hard or being physically active immediately after taking stomachful of food.
  4. Eating before the earlier-eaten-food is digested.
  5. Sitting for a long time.

Infection like the common cold may block the nose.  (Drinking water on empty stomach (when hungry) may also block the nose.)

Throat infection seriously affects breathing and causes gas-trouble.  Gargle with salt-water.

Gargling:  Dissolve half a spoonful of the common salt in a mouthful of warm water.  Keep the salty water in the mouth, take deep breath, and facing the sky, tell ‘ha, ha, ……’.  One can stop and breathe. The salt-water should not enter the wind-pipe (trachea) or the food-pipe (oesophagus).  Continue this activity for about five minutes.  Spit out the salty water and clean the mouth with good water.

Stomach needs more blood flow after taking stomachful of food.  If one works hard with stomachful of food, more blood will be diverted to hands and legs which may cause gas-trouble.  Also, drink sufficient water after taking food.

If we eat again before the food eaten earlier is digested, the partially digested food will move to intestines causing constipation and gas-trouble.

Sitting for a long time causes high blood pressure and hence, it causes constipation and gas-trouble.

Also, develop the habit of urinating before taking food and the habit of passing stool (or trying to pass stool) before taking break-fast, so that the muscles in the anus are relaxed and the trapped gas is released as flatulence .

To avoid gas-trouble, do deep breathing exercise for about 30 minutes in the morning and evening.  Taking a little ginger weekly, or monthly, once with food, tea, etc. may also help to control gas-trouble on some occasions.

Deep breathing exercise:  Standing up, take deep breath towards the forehead so that the chest and stomach expands (and the diaphragm separating the lungs and stomach is pressed down), keep it in the lungs for about 10 seconds or as long as one can hold the breath so that the blood flows throughout the body, and then exhale very slowly.  (Fast exhalation will cause head-ache.)  Breathe normally for about one minute before doing the deep breathing exercise again.

Woman

Hindu Dharma or Manu-smruthi, written in Sanskrit specifying the code of conduct for different castes or classes, says that each woman should be under her father in childhood; after marriage, she should be under her husband; and, in case of the death of her husband, she should be under her son – even minor son. She should obey their commands.

Woman is born to serve men, that is, woman is a born-slave to men.  Of course, there is no difference between a Taliban-woman and a Hindu-woman.  To ensure that man is served till his death, only a woman younger than man is preferred in marriage.  (In Rig Veda, a sage was given 10 daughters of a king in marriage, another given 50 daughters of a king.  In marriage, a lot of dowry is to be given with the bride.  Dowry includes horses, cows, other cattle, gold, etc.)

But, why is a woman inferior to man?

As per Rig Veda and as per dharma (Manu-smruthi), brahmins, kshatriyas, vaishyas, and shudras are born from the face, chest, stomach, and leg respectively of Brahma, the god of birth.  There is no she-brahmin, no she-kshatriya, no she-vaishya, or no she-shudra.

What happened to women?  Are they not born?

Women are the left-out creation, and god cannot create a low creation!  Women are born from the womb of women – not from Brahma!  So, they are lower than shudras.  Sanskrit literature and brahminical stories tell that women, shudras and fools cannot be trusted.  Vedas cannot be recited near shudras and women.

But, all, from shudras to brahmins, are born from the wombs of women!

Yes.  That is why kali-yug brahmins  drink a mixture containing cow’s urine (pancha-kavya) to be ‘born again’ – to be born from a cow, brahmins’ foster mother! No woman can be ‘born again’.

One doubt, please….

No doubt!  No question!  Primitive Vedas, criminal dharma (Manu-smruthi), immoral Sanskrit stories, etc. cannot be questioned, doubted, or interpreted by non-brahmins! Whatever liquor-drinking (soma-ras, sura drinking) drunkards and beef-eating vedic brahmins  said, or whatever cow’s urine drinking Kali-yug brahmins say, or whatever semi-Hindus say, you should accept it in this birth.

Being physically weak, women were exploited by men with impunity.  During vedic times, men can marry any number of women, but no widow can remarry.  In the case of adultery, the immoral brahminical god Indra went scot free, but the woman (Akalya) was cursed into a stone.

As per dharma (Manu-smruthi), even gods do not know the minds of women.  No woman will tolerate any one claiming to be a brahmin if she knows the meaning of the Sanskrit verses recited at the time of funeral of a brahmin.

O woman!  Do you still believe Manu-smruthi’s beggars (brahmins) who follow cheaters and criminals like ‘sur’, immoral Indra, criminal Vaman (an incarnation of Vishnu), etc?  The brahminical literature calls the brahmins as ‘sur on the Earth’ (poo-sur)!  (‘Sur’ and ‘asur’ worked together to get elixir from the ocean of milk, but the ‘sur’ swindled the whole elixir.)

Who are the ‘asur’?

Asur are the cheated Hindus who are divided and exploited! Of course, Hindus will die, but the ‘sur’ will not die.  Luckily, women are not classified as ‘asur’ by Sanskrit scriptures but asur-women are demonised.

If Kaliyug-brahmins can be born from the face of Brahma by drinking a mixture containing cow’s urine (pancha-kavya), the 21st century women can become  ‘sankaracharyas’, ‘jeers’, or ‘pujaries’ by drinking  god-given rain water!  Are women not Hindus?

Of course, women cannot claim to the lineage of ‘bharata’, a clan of brahmins who migrated to India at the time of Rig Veda.  ‘Bharata’ is reserved for males only.

Infertility

Infertility may be related to males or females.  Mostly, infertility may be related to the following causes:

  1. Not taking a variety of food.
  2. Blood not flowing to sexual organs freely.

One should eat a variety of food including all kinds of vegetables, greens, seasonal fruits, etc. monthly.  Those who are choosy in eating, particularly those who eat only specific food like oily food, sweets, etc. for a long time, are likely  to have infertility-related problems.  Women may have white-discharge and men may have sperm-count problems.  Eat a variety of food including all kinds of vegetables, greens, berries, seasonal fruits, millets, nuts, spicy food, etc. monthly.

For months together, those who sit for long hours daily are likely to suffer infertility-related problems.  The blood is not flowing freely to relevant sexual organs.  Males may have erection problem.  Women may have menstrual problems.  To avoid it, do deep breathing exercise daily for about 30 minutes in the morning and evening.

9. Just a GLIMPSE of …..

Bhagavad Gita

O Arjun!  The brave Arjun who will hide behind a woman or eunuch to fight against enemy like Bhisma!

Fight!  Fight!  Fight!  Never think!

Do you feel ashamed that you and your brothers have gambled even your common-wife (Draupathi)?  For you, woman is just a disposable property!  What is wrong in gambling your common-wife?  Many vedas encourage gambling!   Do you feel with gratitude that Duryodhan, your opponent was magnanimous enough to return the common-wife (Draupathi) of five persons – a part of gambled items?

Do you feel that that Duryodhan, your opponent was magnanimous and decent enough not to undress your common wife (Draupathi) completely and publicly, but taught a lesson to you and to your brothers? (Duryodhan is a civilised gentleman – out of tune with time.  See…., I, Krishna, forced many women to stand in nude before me by taking away their dresses while the women were taking bath in a river!  Do not be shocked.  After drinking a mixture containing cow’s urine, Kali-yug brahmins will glorify me and justify my deed.)

Do you feel morally inferior since you are not born to your mother’s husband, but to different persons or demi-gods!  Even after knowing this fully, Duryodhan, your opponent was magnanimous enough to give a share of the kingdom in the name of your mother’s husband.  You and your brothers gambled that kingdom!  No doubt, gambled property is lost forever and never returned to the loser.  But, human mind is weak and frail.  What to do?

Do you feel morally guilty to fight against Duryodhan, your opponent who was good and magnanimous to you and to your brothers?

Never feel guilty.  O Arjun!  Never feel guilty.  I (Krishna) created four caste-divisions by birth.  Work or profession (‘karma’) is based on birth and caste.  Work hard and never expect any fruit or reward for your work.  The fruit may be swindled by cheaters and criminals in the name of god.  (‘Sur’ and ‘Asur’ worked together to get elixir from the ocean of milk and the ‘sur’ headed by the brahminical god Indra swindled the whole elixir.)   (Based on the performance of caste-based profession (‘karma’), one will be promoted or demoted and reborn in a caste in the next birth.  But, never dream of becoming a brahmin in this birth, whatever you do.  Never expect fruit or reward for your work (‘karma’) in this birth.Never dream of becoming a ‘pujari’ (Hindu priest) in this birth.

Duryodhan, your opponent promoted a shudra (Karna) to a king which is reserved for pliable kshatriyas (warriors)As per vedas, work and profession (‘karma’) is assigned by birth and caste, and not by talent and merit.  It is against brahminical dharma (Manu-smruthi) to choose a different profession of other castes. (As per dharma (Manu-smruthi), brahmins should live by begging and they do it in the name of gods and temples. If everyone becomes brahmin by profession, then who will give alms to born-beggars – born-brahmins?)   Dharma is in danger!

O Arjun!  Remember that Ram of Ramayana killed Shambuk, a low caste shudra for praying to god – for doing penance to preserve dharma (Manu-smruthi) – to preserve caste-system, as advised by brahmins.

No question of morality!  No question of virtue!  Dharma is in danger!  Hindu Dharma is in danger!  Never think!  Thinking is dangerous!  Fight!  Fight!  Fight!

O Arjun!  Never feel guilty.  I (Krishna) created four caste-divisions by birth.  By birth and by caste, you are a kshatriya (warrior).  Fighting is your ‘karma’ (work by caste).  If you die in the war, you will go to heaven – brahminical heaven where immoral Indra reigns with a lot of beautiful women in the court-yard!

O Arjun!  If you win the war, you will enjoy the luxuries in the kingdom!   Either way, you are getting only profit by fighting!

O Arjun!  Never feel guilty.  I (Krishna) created four caste-divisions by birth.  By birth and by caste, brahmins are beggars – Manu-smruthi’s beggars!  Brahmins will not fight!  Whoever wins the war, the brahmins will become friendly with the winner.  If you win the war, the brahmins will flatter and glorify you, whatever you do.    (If your descendants pay money to brahmins, after your death, brahmins will do some vedic rituals and recite some hymns in Sanskrit and send your soul directly to heaven – brahminical heaven where immoral Indra reigns with beautiful women in the court-yard!  Do not worry!)

No question of morality!  No question of virtue!  Dharma is in danger!  Hindu Dharma is in danger!  Never think!  Thinking is dangerous!

O Arjun!  I (Krishna) created the world.  I (Krishna) created the four divisive Vedas and Sanskrit scriptures.  I (Krishna) created the four caste-divisions.  Obey the vedic brahmins – obey cow’s beef eating, and liquor-drinking (soma-ras or sura drinking), brahmins.   Do your ‘Karma’ (Work based on birth and caste).  Never expect reward or fruit in this birth for your good work – no promotion to next higher caste whatever good work you do.

O Arjun!  Fight!  Fight!  Fight!  In Kali-yug (era of sin), after drinking a mixture containing cow’s urine, Kali-yug brahmins will glorify your (Arjun’s) bravery – fighting your enemy (Bhisma) by hiding behind a woman or killing your enemy (Karna) while he would be inspecting the wheel of his chariot, your four brothers’ living with your wife (Draupathi) who was won by you in an archery competition, your mother’s begetting children from four different demi-gods and not begetting from your mother’s husband whose property was divided, your brother’s gambling of your common-wife (Draupathi), etc., for you are preserving dharma (casteism by birth).

O Arjun!  Fight!  Fight!  Fight! No question of morality!  Dharma is in danger!  Brahminical dharma is in danger!

Eye

While reading, keep your book at least one foot away (about 30 centimetres).  Keeping it close to the eyes for a long time may cause short-sight (myopia) and one may not be able to see distant objects properly in course of time.  If more light is there or if the letters (alphabets) are big, then the book should be kept still more distant.  So, avoid giving mobiles to children.  If you give mobile to children, be nearby and regulate their behaviour.  The children may develop myopia or short-sight.  They cannot read letters written in black-board in schools and because of that, they may turn out to be not interested in their studies.

Keep a distance of at least three metres (about 10 feet) while watching television.   Sudden exposure from darkness to light may cause eye-strain, and sometimes damages the eyes.  (Too much light damages the retina in the eyes, particularly ultra-violet light.)  So, prefer to keep the room well-lighted while watching movies in television or mobiles.

Good sleep is good for eyes.  Vitamin A is good for eyes.  So, eat carrot, butter, sweet potato, egg-yolk, milk, cheese, etc. regularly.  Not taking vitamin A for a long time may cause blindness.  Worms in the stomach may eat nutrients and that may also cause blindness in the long run.

11. Just a GLIMPSE of …..

Fate

Neither the world is an ideal world to live in nor each person is ideal to live an ideal life.   It is one’s fate that one lives more by emotion than on reason.

Life is a series of accidents which change the course of life in spite of one’s plan and effort.  The accident may be a meeting with a new person, or a chance for more resource, or an innovative idea, or a new environment, or developing a new habit, or acquiring a new skill, etc.  Is this the same person whom we saw earlier in life?  Is there any reason behind it?

A man swindled the property of his brothers claiming that he gave loan to his dead parents while they were alive.  Most of his children and grand children became drunkards and ruined their life.

A peon, a low-paid worker in an office, was sincere and honest.  His children studied well and live happily now.

A teacher did not go to class properly, and even if he went, he would not teach.  He would give good marks and promote the students.  All the teacher’s sons, except one, discontinued their schooling, because they were poor in their studies.

An adulterous man finds that his daughter (or daughter-in-law) indulges in adultery, and his grand-son (or grand son-in-law) indulges in adultery. Normally, gender changes in adultery in each generation.

An officer who takes bribes starts possessing all types of diseases.

In Mahabharata, a Sanskrit epic in India, a woman (Kunti) gave birth to four sons to four different persons (demi-gods) except to her husband but three of her sons, along with two more males, lived with a single woman (Draupathi).

In other words, there is an invisible eye monitoring you whether you believe in an idol or not, or whether you believe in a scripture or not, or whether you believe in vedic rituals with animal sacrifice, offering of liquor (soma-ras, sura), reciting Sanskrit verses, etc. or not, and so on.

In other words, behave well before your god, and never try to mislead your god with flattering prayers or never bribe your god with choicest offerings.  Have conscience. Never be a ‘sur’ or ‘dev’ to cheat an ‘asur’ who worked and lived together.  (‘sur’ and ‘asur’ worked together to get elixir from the ocean of milk, but the ‘sur’ swindled the whole elixir.)

We are paid back with the same coin – a good coin with a good coin and a fake coin with a fake coin.  What one cannot get back for one’s deeds in one’s life is passed on to the next generation.

Some aspects of life are puzzling and enigmatic.  Ram, the hero of Ramayana suspected the fidelity of his wife till her death.  But, his wife’s eldest child became king after Ram committed suicide in Sarayu river.  Why?
